Georgia 2

On Feb. 6th while wondering on the pretty roads around Indian Springs State Park, we arrived to Juliette in Monro County. This small town nearly died 30 years ago until Fried Green Tomatoes was filmed there in 1991. Main street became tourists attraction and we did like many others... we had fried green tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe. It was delicious!

The next day we chose to visit two places in Atlanta. It was a stormy morning. On our way the rain was so heavy that we hardly saw the road.

We went to High Museum of Art which was really nice.
Our next stop was Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, which left great impression on us.

I was touched walking by MLK boyhood home, following the streets he was playing in, the church he  was baptized in and finally visit his grave. What a great man he was!
